4Life Transfer Factor Recall

I was reluctant to believe that this was working. I have been experiencing a huge depression ever since I broke up with my girl friend. I started taking RECALL and at the beginning I thought that I was naturally recovering from the shock and I was doing well. Last Wednesday I went to Houston for a conference and I forgot to take the pills in the morning as I had to leave in a rush. When I was back at night I broke down into depression. Even though I think it is helping me to overcome the depression, I am kind of worried because I seem to be developing a dependence on the pills. I have been taking them just for one month and I already see results, but I don't want to keep taking them forever.
