Samsung Galaxy S8, 64GB, Orchid Gray - For GSM (Renewed)

Arrived with a noticeable and rather deep 1/8 inch scratch on the screen. The phone works well otherwise, but it's not "like new." I understand the description says limited signs of wear are a possibility, and that's why I'm giving three stars instead of one.

The phone (order was placed with one of the Amazon merchants) arrived in great shape and was activated by Verizon without a problem. The limitation appeared while trying to use the "WIFI calling" feature. After several calls to Verizon tier 2 support and Samsung support learned that while an unlocked phone can be activated to be used on Verizon network, not all the features are available to be used. Had to return the phone, and purchased another from a different vendor ( I called them first and made sure they sell real Verizons) that is sold as "Samsung Galaxy 64GB Verizon + GSM Factory Unlocked 4G LTE (Certified Refurbished)". This phone powers with the Verizon logo, and has full Verizon functionality :-)

the phone worked fine for the first 6 month. i bought it in February then it started having charger issues then yesterday 8/15/2018 it shuts off while being on 10%. i thought it was maybe because it overheated or the battery died. once i put it on the brand new wireless charger it still wont turn on nor charge. i also went on google and YouTube to restart it and got no luck. i was suppose to have a job interview today but because all my information are on my phone ill skip the interview.

This phone arrived on time but I must say that for the $460 that I paid for a phone that’s been beat up AND scratched, it was really not a good value for me...I really feel cheated and disappointed.

5 star phone all the way!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I read the 1 star reviews for this product and there was a lot about the phone being scratched when they got it and that it wasn't really unlocked so I really hesitated about buying one. But there were lots of good reviews too. So I bought one for me and my husband and the shipping was very fast they arrived a day early which I LOVED! There isn't a single scratch on either phone that we can see on the front or the back. It works like brand new! We went from the S5 to S8 so it's a big upgrade and the battery life is amazing! They were both unlocked and we just stuck our cricket SIM cards in from our old phone and it was set up in a few minutes! I don't know how durable they are since we've only had them for 2 days. And I loved that they are affordible phones not $800+! This seller is definently worth buying from!

Don't buy refurbished. The phone came and was dying within an hour or two of use in the first place. Not the whole thing wont charge or turn on. We are returning it and getting a new one. I'm sure them "refurbishing" this phone was wiping down the case and sending it right back out. We also cant turn on the phone to delete everything to factory setting.So because this happened my wife gets to go 7 business days without a phone (waiting for a refund). Then wait for another phone to show up.The phone itself is really decent. We love all the features. Just dont buy refurbished. Spend the extra cash to buy a new one. I'm usually save a couple bucks and buy refurbished. But I guess not with these phones. Thats just ours breaking down after having it for about a week. I'm sure if you all bought one they would break down a month or two after you cant send them back. Because they dont do anything to actually fix the phones. Just send them out and hope they dont break before you can send them back.

This phone is like brand new. You can't tell it is refurbished. It only comes with a charging cord, no booklet of instruction, but you can Google instructions if you get stumped. I love the fact that it has 32G of memory! I was a little nervous about ordering a refurbished phone however I am very pleased. I had an older Samsung so when I received this phone and tried to put the sim card from my old phone to this one, it was too big. I took it in to my provider AT&T and the sales associate was very kind in helping me get the correct sim card for no charge. I've had fun getting this phone set up even though there is a learning curve with any new phone. If all goes well in the next few years I'll definitely buy another refurbished phone and through this company.

Absolutely disappointed. Got this phone that's supposed to be Verizon and unlocked just to discover at the verizon store that this phone is a sprint phone....and it's not unlocked. Definately getting refunded and will never purchase from seller again. Extremely frustrating.

I bought myself a S8 because my iphone was getting quite old and it heated up every time I used it and it died quite fast too.That's why I chose to buy this phone, refurbished, because it was inexpensive, and the battery life seemed good plus, I heard you could take a bunch of pictures with a samsung too.The switch made me compare my iphone with the samsung a lot like for example, while I'm recording a video I can't just flip the camera over (there's no feature), also, on snap chat I can't crop pictures anymore. And I had to learn how to take a screenshot. I had to learn a bunch of things with this new phone, and I still am. Like what's bixby? Not to mention the size of this thing. This phone seemed way to big for my hands, but after a while of getting used to the phone the size didn't seem daunting as much.But having said all this, I am glad I bought a new phone because, the battery life is amazing on this thing. I can be on my phone in the morning, listen to music all day (around 8 hours) and, still be able to go on a couple apps when I go home. Also, it charges super fast, 3 hours and it's full probably even less than that. The camera is so-so, I notice my pictures yes they are spectacular but they are not as clear as an iphone. I am not sure why that is but the pictures still do look amazing in their own way. Also, the storage on this thing is awesome! I can downlaod so much music on spotify, have a few gaming apps on my phone, and still have tons of pictures.I just have one complaint, when using the speaker on the phone I have to hold my lips directly to the phone for the other person to hear me. I thought it was because of the tiny phone case I have on but it's not. It's the actual phone and I am not sure why that is but, I guess me having to repeat myself and hold the phone close isn't too bad. But it kind of is frustrating like for example, you're on a call and you're like folding your laundry. How could I hold my phone close when I'm doing that?Other than that, this phone is awesome. I'm even considering on gifting one to my auntie because she lost hers the other week. And it's only like what $300? I was nervous looking online at some new phones before because damn the price for those things are expensive. Like yes 300 bucks is still quite expensive but better than anything I've seen. Idk I like it. I'm hoping to learn how to use this phone more and to stop comparing it to my iphone. >.<

This phone was released in April 2017 and it is still very relevant in terms of technology. Great option for those replacing a phone on contract.

Love this phone and it was cheaper than a used one on most sites

It was as I expected it to be as a refurbished product. There were significant scratches near the Charger input area. Other than that, it's okay. The battery life is bad as well.

Very happy with the purchase. Great product for the price.
