Worked perfectly for our dryer
This ended up being an easy solution to a missing handle on our dryer. Easy to install within minutes (or less) and good quality.

Door handle fit perfect, good value
Handle on Whirlpool dryer broke. The part number was imprinted right on it, which was very helpful. I Googled it and the first listing was for a parts supply place. I was all set to purchase, but thought $38.00 was expensive for a plastic handle, so decided to check Amazon. So glad I did. Part was less than $10.00 with free shipping and was here in 2 days. All I had to do was push it on. Only thing that was disappointing was the packaging. The plastic hooks that snap in place could very easily have been broken in transport as was just in a small unpadded envelope.

Broke a little after a year.
This handle was easy to install, the color matched decently enough, and seemed pretty durable... but it is NOT unbreakable. Even for lasting a year and couple months it was worth the price. Granted I have 2 young kids that were no doubt a factor in the handle tab breaking causing it to no longer stay on the door, it still broke. Minus the abuse it no doubt took, the handle probably would have lasted for years, if not the life of the dryer.

Better than the original handle
Easy to install, this handle is honestly the better handle for the dryer. The one that came with it, I knew would one day break & it did within 8 months,,, I'm very thankful I found this handle.

The handle is more rigid than the original which i believe means it will not break as easily.
The handle works and fit great. However I had to disassemble the door to get it on. That was the fault of the door. The handle does not flex like the original and I had to get to the inside of the door skin to hold it while I snapped the handle in place. Due to the flexing of the door skin. It was not difficult to disassemble and reassemble the door. It took about 10 minutes to complete.

It Worked
Ok, so you pay all this money for a dryer and the handle snaps off. Hey Whirlpool....the customer interface is not the place to save money... Save it somewhere else! Plastic handle with little snap prongs... Really? We call it POS. I am happy that I could get a handle for reasonable money that seems to work..Really, 2 Phillips screws in a plastic handle with a metal insert.... I'd pay the whole extra $0.75 for something robust.

Works at a 1/4 the price of the original
Works like the old one, fit tight. One drawback was the colour, it does not match the white of the dryer as the old one did....slightly yellow

Would buy again here if needed because any store in town was selling for double to quadruple the price.Its exactly the same handle that came on my dryer new a few years ago and so far,so good.
