Is the outside casing of this pyramid plastic or glass?

I think the description of this pyramid is accurate.  It would be my opinion that it is not glass, in the sense of window/mirror glass, but it certainly is not plastic.  It could be a hardened resin material.  It looks and feels (heavy) like clear crystal.  Sorry I can't be more help.  I purchased this as a gift for my grandson.

Does it absorb emf or it repels emf ? how do you charge/recharge it's energy ?

Neither. These minerals aren’t conductive to electricity or affected by magnets, so it would only be inert to EMF entirely.
As to “charging,” the crystal. It would only get warm in direct sunlight. It would emit low levels of inferred from the heat absorbed by the sun for a short period of time which is EMF.

Not all forms of EMF are harmful as not all of them are ionizing.
