Used to overcoat and protect artwork I created using art supply media (ink, water based paint, color pencil, etc) that will run and/or bleed when accidentally exposed to water or hand moisture. This ink flows smoothly to overcoat the media locking & preserving your unique & creative artwork from damage, definitely worth the cost.These pens also come in other ink colors & I've used them to create unique art and/or lettering on other media surfaces (glass, plastic, etc) because the ink adheres solidly to the surface & is water resistant.

My wife uses these for art and Zentangle projects. If you use these first, then add other mediums for your topcoat, the gel shows through, creating a nice texture and appearance. They go on easily and dry quickly. She's gotten some really nice result using them in Zentangle art.

IT IS A GELLY ROLL! exactly what I need and want. I use Gelly Roll Glaze on all my colorings, in coloring books, and on my PDFs from Etsy. This product is also available in other colors which come in handy.

Always looking for a good white. This gets whiter as it dries but it's hard to see while wet.

WOW! I am so impressed with these pens. I'm a late bloomer, so just now, at the age of almost 60, I am finally catching up with the teenage craze/infatuation with brightly colored pens. Maybe it's just because the quality is so much better now than what was available back then. Nah, who am I kidding. I was a total tomboy, so my "OOooooo, glitter pens!" phase is just now kicking in.These are so smooth and rich in color. I love using them in the creation of my ATCs that I trade. They even work well on smooth plastic, but require a coating of a clear sealant of some sort to keep them from smearing, even after 'drying' for a full day. I have found that the clear Glaze pen is perfect for that, and gives dimension, yet still allows for the glitter effect to show through nicely.Seriously great product. Flows smoothly when not too much pressure is exerted. A light touch is definitely better for a fluid writing or coloring experience. If the flow bogs down because of damp or pulpy paper surface, just tapping out little dots of color will allow for you to fill in areas that you want to have full color coverage.

More like a smudgy ballpoint pen. I was hoping for a raised/embossed feeling, something that I could outline for a low-vision person, so they can use touch to colour. Nope.
