Ease of Use
Directions were clear. It was very easy to download the pictures from my phone. I appreciate the large storage capacity. The transfer speed was good and I will use the sky chain feature to store the drive in a convenient place.

Simple and straightforward
I bought this to take out vids/pics on my iphone to free up space since I create/edit a lot of content on my phone. It's pretty straightforward. I used the lightening-compatible side to plug into my iPhone 14 pro max. It will show up as "Untitled" in your Files app on your phone. You can rename it as well.I saved my content from "Photos" to "Files". It does take a while to load before you can go back to photos app to delete downloaded content. Once complete, you can just unplug the device and it will disappear from Files.No issues with it yet.

Very useful for people that use both PC and IOS devices on the same projects.
Nice size, good materials of construction and sturdy. Both USB and Fire Wire connectors retract into housing for security, but easily extract for connection to PC and or IOS devices. Very reasonably priced.

Don't waste your money.
Don't waste your money. I backed up lots of photos and videos to this and they are not recoverable. You're better off spending a little more on a reputable brand.

Works as described
Easy to use, no app required to transfer your photos. Speed is not amazing but works fast enough. Insert memory stick, select your photos, choose copy files, choose memory stick and files are copied. Simple and effective.

Nice that it has 3 different size connectors
3 different connectors are nice. Will work for iPhone or Android. Confusing to use though. Directions aren’t very clear.
