These, though not perfect, are far better than the ones I purchased before. They at least have metal fittings. Not sure about the quality of brass, but they seal better than the others I purchased that had plastic fitting that cross threaded the second time I put them on. Decent value for the cost.

I purchased this flowmeter to measure the amount of water I put into my RV’s freshwater tank. I like the fact that you can flip the screen by pressing a button making it easy to read at all times. this flowmeter would also be good for measuring how many gallons you have used when watering a garden as well.

You know when your tank is full, sometimes you have an AIR LOCK and your tank is not filled to its capacity, with this device you know its full.

This Flow meter was not the First item I’ve purchased from Rainpoint their all metal Splitters was the first. I wanted a way to Safely drain and flush the Tanks in my RV. You can read many stories of how people forget or just don’t pay attention to adding water or Flushing the tanks as best you can and Flooding their RV. In fact my neighbor just did that! I told her to turn off the water and she Forgot…There was water pouring out of the underbelly. With This meter I can watch the amount of water I’m adding to the tanks and monitor the Exact Amount I’ve added. By The Way, I had purchased a different meter that Did Not Have the Flip Screen Feature! It may sound silly but it drove me crazy looking at the meter and everything was Upside Down. Not so with the Rainpoint meter, a perfect addition to RV Life as my bride and I are Full Timers so tank maintenance is an every 7-10 day event.

I wanted to know how much water was being used to keep my pool filled as my water bill was HUGE. Found it was leaking like crazy after having the old vinyl pool surround and floor fiberglassed. The installer was supposed to glass over the old "Drain" but forgot. Using my hookah system, I dove the drain and used dye to find that water was flowing through some small holes. I had him out again and he did a great job. I sealed his work with Flex Seal and this little gem showed no more leaking at all. I could have bought a less expensive one but I'd had two or three and they all broke. I like the brass construction of this one

The sensors for my camper freshwater tank were not working and I managed to overfill the tank onto the floor. Now I can measure out the water and avoid the flooding.

I haven't had it long or used it much, but it seems to work as described so far.
