The multi-piece modular design allows for several ways to establish comfort for anyone who wants better support while lying in bed. I have a family member with MS and this package of components works well to provide the needed support as well as safety. 2 pieces can be positioned along the sides of the body and under the arms help to prevent rolling off the bed. One of the components can be placed under the knees to help with circulation. The rounded section attaches with snaps and helps to support the neck and shoulders. Each component has a nearly invisible zipper so the covers can be removed and are machine washable.

I have these pillows to typically act as supports or inclines for body positioning. All are very firm and have supported at least 150 Lbs. Additionally, I’ve found you can stack them or butt them up next to each other to create additional “blocks”.Removing the covers for laundering wasn't too bad, and not too tough to put back on. The velvet feel is very soft. The set fits the needs of what I was looking for.

First off, when these arrive they are vacuum sealed and it took them about two days to come to their full volume. I could see these being great for keeping you centered on your back after a surgery but these are useless as for as I am concerned for pregnancy because they are too small. They do not offer enough support for the belly at least for me. Also, if you use them to create a large wedge pillow you need to rest it against a hard surface or it will not stay together.
