Bought this mount to hold a Samsung tablet with navionics for offshore fishing as third screen redundancy. The suction is surprisingly strong and the tablet stayed in place while running two hours out the inlet, all day fishing, and back home. I suspect the plastic would not last more than a season if left in direct sun, but under my cover it's lasted all summer looking new and is cheap enough to replace as needed.

The suction and everything works great but it doesn’t open wide enough to fit Kids Fire Tablet with the case on. I have to take the case off every time and then put it back on when we get out of car to prevent breaking.. wish it would just open a little bit wider!I also use the phone version of this and its great.

I like that it held my Fire tablet securely. It adjusts pretty easily. Was a little disappointed in the length of the arm, pretty short and not much room to adjust to where you might need it to be placed. Otherwise, not disappointed in the quality of the product.

It does what it is supposed to and that's hold a tablet. I have a hefty older phablet that i use and use the dash to support he whole unit. It feels a bit cheap in construction and is made of all plastic. With the advent of double din MP3 headunits with tablet features the price is a third of a head unit here on amazon. It serves its purpose though however id recommend it for a lighter weight samsung or apple pad.

this tablet holder is beefy enough to hold my 8" tablet, which I use for a GPS in my rock-crawling 2013 Jeep Wrangler. I installed it recently and went through 3 days on intense off-road action during the Winter 4X4 Jeep jamboree in St. George Utah. It worked great. I had originally planned on gluing the base to my dash, but the suction cup was sooo strong that I didn't even bother.

Excellent device. As I said before, it is worth every penny. I use it for general aviation purposes and it has performed wonderful so far.

Bought this to hold my tablet whilst navigating on my small boat, which jumps about quite a lot when rough.Since the tablet is fitted with an outer case to protect it from the elements, I had to make a couple of very minor adjustments to make it fit, but fit it now does and I'm very happy.Easy to install, all the lock nuts tighten up well and whilst there is a little flex when we bob about, it's very sturdy, the suction cup and pad work well.

Really good, I use it for my tablet in my lorry and it holds it really well. Only issue would be that the claws that hold the tablet, are right where the volume buttons are but not a massive issue

Very useful item, surprisingly stable. It was difficult before to find a good holder for an I-Pad

dont bother buying the head wont stay on the body keeps falling off liable to fall off and crack phone sceen
