Affordable At-Home Neck Stretcher
After attending physical therapy sessions for neck pain, where a professional neck stretcher was used to relax my muscles, I decided to try this device to replicate the results at home.Usage Experience:The device comes with a brief instruction sheet. Initially, I used it while sitting, but found it more effective when lying down. Unlike the professional stretcher that targets the base of the skull, this device applies pressure around the entire neck. Applying too much pressure can cause discomfort or a choking sensation, so it's important to use it cautiously. I estimate it provides about 60% of the stretch compared to the professional equipment, which is still quite relaxing. Conclusion:For its price, this neck stretcher offers a reasonable at-home alternative to professional therapy sessions. While it doesn't replicate the full effect of professional equipment, it provides noticeable relief and is more cost-effective than daily visits to a physical therapist.

Helpful
This is useful for myself for my back and neck pain. I found that I can use it much better than husband. He has a long beard so it wasn’t suitable for him as the beard kept pushing the top piece out.

Helps recover from stiffness
I got this without high expectations but was still curious to give it a try. It performs as advertised, providing even and consistent stretching pressure to the neck area. The design is simple—it wraps around the neck and fastens with Velcro. The U-shaped piece goes under the chin and attaches to the hook-and-loop fasteners. The inflating valve connects to the end of the tubing, and as you press the pump, it inflates the device. There’s also a small release button to adjust or fully deflate the pressure. Personally, I didn’t notice much benefit from using it, but my mother has been using it regularly and says it helps relieve stiffness in her neck from work. Her job requires her to lift heavy boxes and constantly look down at mailing machines, which causes strain. Since it's helping her feel better, I’d say it’s doing what it was designed to do.

Would not recommend
I had high hopes for this cervical spine traction device, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. The concept of anterior and posterior bi-directional stretching is appealing, and the inflatable design seemed like it would offer customizable support. However, the overall quality of the product just isn't up to par, and I don't believe it's worth the price. The materials feel cheap and flimsy, and I'm concerned about their long-term durability. The water-soluble velvet fabric, while soft, doesn't seem like it would hold up well to repeated use. The inflation mechanism is also a bit awkward, and it's difficult to get the right amount of pressure. While the ergonomic design and adjustable features are intended to provide comfort and relief, I found the device to be uncomfortable and ineffective. It didn't provide the support or stretching I was hoping for, and I didn't notice any significant improvement in my neck pain. For the price, I expected a higher quality product that would deliver on its promises. Unfortunately, this cervical spine traction device didn't meet those expectations. I would recommend looking for a more robust and well-made option.

Chin support is appreciated
I have been dealing with neck pain for quite a while, and had started seeing a physical therapist, which gave me some relief. I was interested in trying a traction device like this. I used to have one that I used a few years back, but it was no longer working. This one is much better. The materials feel durable. I really appreciate that the chin support pillow was included. It can take a bit of trial and error to figure out the placement and how tight or loose to make the straps, and you'd probably have this with any manual traction device. It is easy to inflate, and deflates pretty quickly by pressing the button at the attachment point of the bulb to the tubing.I thought it would be so easy to get to 20 minutes, but I'm working my way up. I'll keep using this and hopefully my neck will continue to feel better.

relaxing once you figure out how to use it
This device basically wraps around the neck and uses hook and loop fasteners to attach to itself. The loose U-shaped piece goes under the chin and attaches to the hook and loop fasteners on the device. The inflating valve attaches to the end of the tubing. As the pump is pressed, it inflates the device. There is a small release button to decrease the pressure or deflate the device.I sit at a desk most of the day for work and have bad posture. I have been using this device for a few minutes each day to try to relieve some of the tension in my neck. The device keeps the neck in a straight position and helps make me more mindful of my neck posture.

Great cervical spine stretcher
If you have never (safely and not risking injuring yourself) used one of these, it is hard to describe the relief you feel after a good stretch. This inflates easily and being able to detach the pump from the tube makes deflating it very easy. This holds air wellThe additional chin piece on the top layer is a fantastic idea. It helps support and raise the chin so you’re not fighting your chin from pushing towards your chest. My only gripe was one of the Velcro straps was not sewn on well and came off when I first undid it. I was able to see it back on and it works fine.
