I have ordered this twice in the last year. It helps settle my digestive system, intestinal pain, stomach pain, and cramps. I took it for two weeks at a time to replenish the bacterial flora in my gut. It does not cause any stomach ache or discomfort. It helps.

Is this product gluten free and what is the difference between this product and the one from Pure Encapsulation besides the huge price difference?
