I am a big fan of Dr. Fuhrman and his GBOMBs nutritional excellence. That said, his vitamins have what you need at the levels you need them and a few things that are VERY common in the supplement industry that are not good for you are omitted in Dr. Fuhrman vitamins. Like Folate is good, Folic Acid is bad. Vitamin D3 is good, but not at the levels most other vitamins have. Since Dr. Furhman understands evidence base scientific research and applies that knowledge to the correct amounts you need in his brands, you can be sure that the sources of nutrients, quality, and quantity are what the evidence base data recommends. I render my highest recommendation to Dr. Fuhrmans brand of vitamins.

These vitamins ha a lot of good vegetables and vitamins in them.

Almost all multivitamins have one major problem. They are stocked with really toxic ingredients. I struggled for years to find a great multivitamin and had too many bad reactions to both regular and premium brands. This one is different - it is so gentle and healthy. I have been taking this for three years and it has been absolutely essential in my own health journey. I strongly recommend this and all of Dr. Fuhrman's products, they are the easily the best on the market.

I highly recommend this multi-vitamin! So why not 5 stars? * Price. At 76 cents per day, it is a little pricey. 50 cents or less per day would be great! * DHA/EPA. It would be nice if I didn't have to add a second supplement. * B-12. 250 mcg would be great. * K2. 40 mcg seems a little low. Something higher up to 100 mcg would be better. Buy it! I must have been lacking a lot of the vitamins in this because when I first took this (one pill when I woke up, one pill after lunch) i was feeling extremely energized the first 3 days, to the point I couldn’t sleep at night. I wasn’t doing anything different as far as I know. So on the 4th, 5th and 6th day I just took one in the morning, then returned to taking 2 a day after that but all in the morning. I guess I didn’t give my body enough time to “ramp up” to the vitamins. My sister however took two on the same day but she didn’t have the same hyper-wake up Effect like it did for me. So if you know you’re particularly low on these vitamins then just be warned and slowly increase! I love these vitamins tho. I feel So much better after starting these.

This is the supplement if you’re vegan and want to extend your life. My only possible quibble is that it contains Vitamin C, which may inhibit absorption of Vitamin B12 and Iodine. But I’m not sure about this.

Wish these were a little less expensive, but they are great vitamins. You can trust Dr Fuhrman to produce a safe and effective product, as he's always updating himself on the latest science - well ahead of mainstream advice from most doctors.
