STEC 10.5" Heavy Huge Tactical Hunting Folding Cleaver Knife Stainles Steel Blade (w/Belt Clip & Pouch)

I was not expecting this knife to be very sharp or even that high of quality for $10 but I was surprised once it came in. Its heavy and very large which makes it feel definitely of a decent quality. Its sharp, I use it to open boxes and cut boxes up since I order stuff online all the time and it cuts right through them with no issues. It has a smooth action and assisted open. I really like the heft of this knife but its definitely not EDC worthy because of its shear size and weight. I bought it since it was only $10 and seemed cool for a cleaver style knife and I am definitely impressed especially for the price tag!

Love this huge folder. Heavy, no thrills, straight-forward approach. Easy to sharpen, but fairly sharp out of the box for this price point. If you don't like huge folders, then look elsewhere. If you want a meaty, take no prisoners knife, then this is for you. As far as an EDC, you would be pushing it and would scare the .... out of people. I highly recommend this though as it is fun, gets a lot of conversation and at the end of the day it does exactly what it should do....look tough and act touch when need be. Decent quality at this price. Can't go wrong!

This thing is crazy. Solid. Has a good weight to it but doesn’t feel heavy in your pocket. Was very sharp out of the box. The sound it makes when you open it is very distinctive. Comparable to a pump action shot gun. It gets people’s atention just by the sound. Then they are surprised by the size of it. Can’t beat the price aswell. I almost want to buy a few more.

It is huge, heavy and sharp.I wish it was not so loose and perhaps spring assisted. That would make it 5 stars.I don't get the need for the pouch.

I’ve had it for almost a year, now, and it has heals up amazingly. It sharpens well and really holds an edge. I just spent an hour using it to cut the limbs off of a tree and it not only cut beautifully, but is still just as sharp as when I began. The blade did get a bit wobbly in the handle, though, but that was I was able to tighten it right back to solid very easily. Just make sure that you have access to a T9 screwdriver in case you need to periodically tighten yours and it will last you pretty much forever.

I like the size and the weight from it, the grip is cool too, the only thing is that with the time it is losing a little of sharpness despite not using it much.Like in September 16 that i got it i could slash a sheet w/o any pressure and now i have to push it a little and sometimes even do a slicing motion. But overall its really cool. Oh and the color is still like new, but one or two scratches from my rings xd.

The knife is beautiful, when it arrived it was a bit dull but it’s nothing a knife sharpener can’t fix. I really liked the weight to it. It feels and looks solid. Definitely worth the buy.
