Great supplement for 40 plus people
As I'm growing old, I feel very tired after having breakfast and lunch, it was happening cause of my high carb diet, now I have 1 of these for breakfast and some panner or tofu for lunch and I don't feel as tired and sleepy. The orange flavour is just amazing, it's very easy to digest and effective.

Horrible Taste
With this my search for a palatable protein powder comes to an end, have tried multiple brands so far, however the taste is absolutely disgusting, it’s hard to keep it down. I’m now currently dreading going through the rest of the 14 packs, of the 15 pack impulse purchase i made 😒.

It works well for my skin and tastes refreshing.
I enjoy how refreshing it tastes with cold water and some ice. It's not as smooth as dairy based protein. However, I no longer have any acne problems at all. If this is how fantastic my skin looks, then I don't mind the minor compromise on smoothness.
