I’ve been using the Extra Strength Scar Tissue Package, and what immediately stood out was how easy these capsules are to take. Unlike many supplements, there’s no bitter aftertaste lingering in your mouth, which makes the routine much more pleasant. This thoughtful touch alone encouraged me to stay consistent with my regimen. Additionally, each bottle is generously packed with capsules, providing enough for a mid to long course of treatment. This means I don’t have to worry about frequent reorders, making it a convenient and efficient option. It’s clear that a lot of care went into both the formula and the practical design of this product.

This supplement comes in two separate containers, Trebinase and Serrasolv 360, each with 45 capsules. Based on the product page photos, the serving size is listed as one capsule, making this 2-pack appear sufficient for 45 days — not bad considering the potential benefits. However, when you open the package, the printed dosage instructions recommend taking three capsules per day (morning, afternoon, and night) of each supplement. With this dosage, the supply would only last 15 days, which makes it quite expensive for an unverified health supplement from an unknown brand. Adding to the confusion, the instructions mention that benefits may only appear after about 90 days of use. There’s even an attached customer review highlighting initial frustration before improvements were noticed at the 90-day mark. This means you’d need to purchase this supplement at least six times to cover 90 days at the suggested dosage — a significant investment! Additionally, taking capsules three times a day for months is very inconvenient! I can’t give this more than three stars because I haven’t noticed any benefits so far. I’ll update this review if I see improvements after finishing the container, taking one capsule per day as initially implied by the product listing.

I have not experienced any scar tissue breaking down since taking these supplements. I have several large scars on my body, mainly my head, abdomen, and legs but none of them have improved at all. Not in color, texture, or size. I figured taking this supplement would be a stretch but thought I'd give it a try anyhow. At the price of $250+, I would not recommend this product.

Have been taking these products for almost three months now and have no results on scar tissue breaking down. Very expensive product to take long term with no results

I have surgery every other month it seems. I stock up worth arnica and pineapple juice because they actually work for swelling and bruises. These tablets are a lovely convenience, and free up space in my refrigerator!

UPDATED REVIEW 3/17/29 I felt so bad for blaming these supplements for my severe allergic reactions the same time I took Niacin 500MG a few months ago. As it turned out today, it was the Niacin that was causing me severe flushing and not these supplements. Sadly, I will never find out whether or not these supplements would have helped me as they’ve both been thrown in the trash. That said, I’d still be very cautious when adding a new supplement to your daily health regimen as some some supplements may interact negatively with certain medications. Either that, or you may be allergic to them like I am to Niacin. So, just be careful… I’m only updating my rating from 1 star to 4 stars because these are extremely pricey and from what I can tell from other reviews, they’re not really effective for the most part, which I will never find that out in my case. The reaction happened fast, which was just about 10 minutes or so following intake. It all started with my head feeling extremely hot or burning, then, my face, neck and arms followed. Then, my body and then, my thighs and then, my legs. I was burning all over with red patchy skins accompanied by itching sensation. My face has started to swell up with my blood pressure going off the roof and with my heart rate going up to 111 bpm. I was also breathless and shaking all over. Fortunately, I had some Benadryl handy, which I took minutes later, following my adverse reaction to these supplements along with lots and lots of water. I suffered for over an hour as it took nearly an hour for the effects of the Benadryl to kick in. Usually, it would only take 30 minutes or less for Benadryl to start working, but must be a really, really bad reaction I was having with these supplements. I ended up throwing both bottles away… This is my very first time experiencing a life-threatening allergic reaction to any supplements. That said, I don’t recommend taking these supplements at all with or without the help of a physician as these aren’t safe to take!”

Using these with silicone tape to deal with heavy scarring and it seems to be working better than the tape alone. Very optimistic, normally scars take countless months to fade away just with the silicone tape but I need this gone ASAP so fingers crossed.
