Crunchy and effective.
Crunchy and powdery with no taste. Have the consistency of something which is past its sell by date. I will revert to my other brands Also these do lift glucose levels quick in comparison.

Do not buy
Not exactly chewy, very hard and in danger of cracking teeth hard! They do not taste of strawberry either. They are disgusting. I would not recommend and will not buy again wast of money

Be careful, have an alternative backup.
Disappointed with the lack of flavour, very bland. Also found they took quite a while to actually kick in. My levels stayed low for a lot longer than expected. Infact my levels dropped further. It was very concerning. I've used a well known brand in the past but thought I would give these a try. Needless to say, I won't be using them again. Too high risk. Will be disposing of them.

Not chews
These are called, chews, however they are so hard, that you risk breaking your teeth, if you try to chew them. Not good if you need a quick glucose, boost
