We HAVE to be gluten. I really like this sauce for cooking stir fry , chicken or different recipes. The only thing I did not like is the expiration date: 11/2019

No expiration date on it. I hope its not old. No way of knowing.

But I had to tone down the heat with my own additions of Mirin, Soy sauce and Hoisin sauce. Still had too much heat. I didn't want to thin the sauce with water because you need it to cling to the chicken. I probably won't purchase again.

I needed Teriyaki sauce at our health food store and couldn't find any, so grabbed this. Unfortunately, it has an odd taste to it. If you have to have gluten free I suppose you might like it, but my son refused to eat anything with it. Wonder if this company realizes this.

I bought several flavors. I lined them all. This one the most
