Wet & Forget Moss, Mold, Mildew, & Algae Stain Remover Multi-Surface Outdoor Cleaner Concentrate, Original, 128 Fluid Ounces

I have been using Wet and Forget products for about 5 years now and the results on my applications have been amazing. I have used it on cement side walks, cement pavers, stone beds, and vinyl siding. It is a great product, and within months safely removes mold, moss and algae from almost any thing. I follow the directions on the label and usually if the mold is really bad... I will apply it twice within a few months. My fathers sidewalk was completely turning black, along with the stones in his stone bed, which both was on the north side of his home. I applied Wet and Forget and walked away. Two months later I could not believe the difference, so I applied it again before the snow fell. This spring his side walk looked like brand new cement and the stones in his stone bed were back to original color with no mold or moss. It has a slight cleaning agent smell, but nothing bad, it is used for outdoors only. Eliminating mold on your vinyl siding on the north side of your house will last for several years. At least it has for me.

Love this stuff so much. This one is a refill, so you would need the original bottle that has a hose attachment on it. But you simply fill the bottle with the hose attachment, turn on the water hose; The bottle has its own on and off control. Then I aim it at the house, turn on the bottle and spray the sides, the shutters, the porch, etc. No rinsing required. By the end of the day I notice the green fading - and then within 24 hours, no sign of green. Love this! And won't have to do it again for 12 -24 months. No scrubbing. Literally Just Wet it and Forget it, just like it says. I've been using this product for about ten years. This is the first time I bought the refill. Just follow directions regarding weather. Pick a day when it is likely to rain right after you spray the house, or whatever you are spraying.

The product is amazing. I have used every product under the sun and none compares to this product. I live in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. Shade and pine needles are covering my house and deck daily. I leave the house for 8 months to go to warmer weather. Before I used this product I had to power wash my decks and spindles every year to clean the moss and mildew. It took me a week, 6 hours a day to complete the cleaning. No more. Last year I sprayed everything, deck and spindles. I came back this year and it looked like I had just power washed everything. No moss. No mildew. I can’t tell you how excited I was returning to the house. I marvel at it each time I go out of the house. I can’t see why it wouldn’t work again this year if I thoroughly spray it like I did last year.

This liquid works OK but still required scrubbing to get the algae and mold off our gutters and deck.

Works well. Had lots of green stains on my pavers and within 6 hrs most of it was gone. This is the 2nd gallon I’ve bought and will continue to buy.

Does a good job on moldy patios. Easy to do small areas. Have to have a good day: not windy, nor extremely dry. Needs to soak into the surface.

I have been using this product for years. As long as you understand that it does not offer immediate results, you will not be disappointed. Yes, wet AND FORGET. Come back in a couple of weeks or so, and provided that it has been properly applied with time to dry (5 hrs) before a rainfall, and there have been some periods of modest rainfall in the days/weeks following the application (or you return to spray with clean water), the surface will be clear of green, black and other colorful mildew and algae growth. I have used this product on wood of all kinds (PT, painted or untreated), cement, masonry, aluminum and fiberglass surfaces, all with very good to excellent results. It has not harmed any of my extensive landscaping vegetation. I use it with a long-distance garden hose sprayer to cover my entire tile roof in FL, as I stand on a ladder at the edge of the roof. I have been doing this for years with great results. It can be expensive, but when you consider the labor involved with using alternative methods (pressure washing) I think it is worth every penny.

Product worked excellent on my statues and white lattice but left a white haze on my dark colored vinyl decking. Customer service suggested the fact that I use well water (probably hard water) that may be the cause. They told me to use vinegar (with a 50/50 mixture) in a power washer to neutralize it. Did that two times and each time it showed improvement. I would suggest not mixing the concentrate if using on dark surfaces.
