Great for beginners and expert chefs
The Fusion 1 Select bamboo rolling mat is in my opinion very durable. It has a splinter-free design, and the size makes it very convenient for making various rolls of sushi. It was very lightweight and easy to use and to clean. I would recommend this bamboo mat to beginners and even experienced chefs.
