What's really nice is it comes with two bezels one has it built in screen protector and the other one is just a frame and I bought it for that reason and I bought third party glass screen protectors thinking that they would work but they did not do not buy a third party screen protectors for the OnePlus 13 they will not work I tore off at threw them away but this case is very well built Love that it has a cover on the camera to keep it protected and the built-in screen protector that it provides is awesome well done

I have bought these cases for all my prior One Plus phones. I like to use this case because of the built in screen protector, it makes these phones indestructible. I've always been able to remove the thumbprint sticker and it worked just fine.Not with the 13, it won't recognize the fingerprint, so you can't use that bezel with the screen protector unless you leave the Thumbprint sticker on, I assume. And that's just distracting even when it is worked in well.Also the camera protector is just annoying, it slides to the side and sticks out from the phone, and you have to open that to use the flashlight too.All of these issues, basically make this just another case... I'll probably wait a bit and see what other options are out therebwhen the phone has been out a little longer.

I scratched mine and thought I would have to order a new case but I simply reached out to poetic and said that mine was scratched and without asking they sent me a whole brand new case. Great item quality is awesome love the kickstand feature along with the feel of the case.

Too bulky to be my daily driver, but a it's a good option for extreme conditions.

Front screen case fits but the back case don't fit, it's like they sent two different size case. how the front fit but the back don't >=[

If your priority is protection, and you want a sturdy, tough feeling case with a strong lip around the screen, this is the best option currently for the OnePlus 13. That's really all there is to it. If you want protection and you drop your phone this is the case for you. Kickstand is good. Camera cover is good.

Instructions were very hard to follow. Took it to an electronic store and it took three very smart employees to figure out how to put this on the phone. LOW QUALITY screen protector is not good at all as it picks up every fingerprint, dust, etc. It's as if it's a magnet for smudges. This makes the real screen difficult to see even when cleaned.
