I live in and Grew up in the South, so I've made and eaten my fair share of cornbreads, corncakes, corn tortillas, and food of all manners dipped in corn batter and fried.BUTThis is a game changer. :)Bought to make corn tortilla, 'cause what else are you going to do during lockdown in a global pandemic when the stores go months without flour? The tortillas were good, but the cornbread we make the next week had us perking up and then this transformed a version of blackberry johnnycakes into fluffy, bright, almost delicate but satisfying delights. Highly recommend

Even though it is too expensive, the seller took his/her time to pack it well before shipping. It is worth the price when you live in area where you can’t find any.

This is the first time using it and I like it I made some Holly and it tasted almost like the first one that I make for my country I also used it to make panades and Subutex and it came out straight. When I can't find a real Masa or maceta I will use this.
