convenient
I hate wireless mouses where you have to change batteries frequently. Corded ones never need batteries - saves money. This model has a retractable cord that hides it when you carry it somewhere. It is small and lightweight. This is my 2nd purchase of the same model. I went ahead and purchase a 3rd one for backup. My first one lasted for several years (around 10?), but I want a spare in case the company stops producing them.

🎀 SCROLL FEATURE STOPPED WORKING WITHIN 1ST HOUR | T-I-N-Y mouse! | LOUD | HARD to press | not precise
I just used it TODAY for the 1st time ever...and the scroll function does NOT work anymore! It was working fine for the 1st hour or so.But suddenly it does not work anymore.I even re-plugged it in & out, but that sadly did not fix it.This is a bit costly for about 10 bucks. For just a few more d0llars, I could've gotten a brand-name & well-known & reliable brand (ie: Logitech, Microsoft, etc).Am a girl so I have small hands and I was surprised how TINY this mouse was! It's about half the size of a sharpie (in length) & approx 2 inches wide & approx 1.5 inches high.Perhaps, I should've listened to the other reviewers. One of the main reasons why I bought this because I wanted a pretty looking shade of pink (Solid-Colored, Medium, Pink).☹ LESSON LEARNED...{I'll update this review, when I get the time}_____________________________________________________________________________* The package (clear plastic) says "1000 dpi"...but the Amazon description says 800 dpiCONS:- It's NOT really precise as the packaging claims. It's kinda sketchy/fidgety? I can't think of the correct term.- It's very HARD to press down on the middle button...I literally strain & have to give all my might to do it!- The middle button (scroll wheel) tends to "STICK" sometimes.- LOUD when you click on the buttons (I think this is the loudest mouse I've ever heard!)🐭 This is the mouse that I plan on buying next: Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 1850 - Magenta Pink (U7Z-00062)

this mouse is great! It's been almost 2 years and it still ...
For the price, this mouse is great! It's been almost 2 years and it still works perfectly. I definitely prefer it over other wireless mice I've had in the past. It's lightweight and fits my hand pretty well (I was looking for a smaller mouse because I've got small hands). What's also nice is that you can use it on pretty much any surface and it works well. The only issue I've have is that occasionally the cord-winder (if that's what it's called) gets tangled and I have to spend a minute or two fixing it, but other than that, it's great.**Update: It's been nearly 3 years and it finally stopped working, but I'm buying a replacement because I liked it so much. I was still hoping it'd last a bit longer, though.

Nice size, great color, but very loud click and sharp buttons around scroll wheel
I ordered this mouse in purple, and the color in person was pretty accurate to what's shown on the screen. The retractable cord works smoothly, and the mouse has a nice, comfortable shape. I have small hands and found this mouse to be on the small side but certainly not uncomfortable or awkward, and certainly appropriate for everyday use for my second computer when I work from home. The clicking sound is crisp and surprisingly loud, fairly high in tone, and almost clangy. I realize this is perfect for some people, but unfortunately that made it too loud for my needs. I work in a quiet home office and prefer a more muffled, low-toned click. Additionally, I use the scroll wheel a lot, and while the scroll wheel made a very nice, quiet sound, the tip of my scrolling finger kept getting jabbed where the two buttons come together above and below the wheel (the corners form sharp points -- ow). So unfortunately, as much as I loved the color of this mouse, I had to return it because of the very loud clicking sound and the sharp button edges around the scroll wheel.

Superb mini wired laser mouse
Almost impossible to find a wired laser mouse in the mini/travel size as this one is. Mini in this case is smaller than a standard mouse, is not one of the the tiny travel mice you can put your entire hand around. The flat cable retracts all the way inside the mouse into a hidden compartment underneath, another prized feature on this one.

Rubberized surface degrading and disgustingly sticky
The mouse has a rubberized coating on parts of its surface and it seems to be degrading, making it gross and sticky (perhaps mine was sitting on a shelf for years before I purchased it). It left my hand feeling gross and sticky too. I immediately returned it.

As you'd expect
I wanted a compact little mouse for occasional use on the boat - it's not ergonomic, it's not particularly good at retracting its cords (though they do usually retract sooner or later if you keep trying), but it is very small as compared with other wired mice and it packs away well when it's not in use - which is most of the time for me.

Not durable
I was happy at first with the small size for my 4-year-old kids' hands... but after a month or two they broke. The USB wires broke internally and I had to repair them both multiple times myself. One mouse is now completely dead and the other's scroll wheel broke.Basically, they'll be trash within a month.

If I were you, I would not buy this - here is why
Apart from getting the wrong item (two black designs, picked this one, got the other), the retracting cable no longer retracting itself about 2 minutes after the mouse coming out of the box, the sensor failing to pick-up on any surface and the buttons requiring a little shake to work for a few seconds it is a great product. I have not figured out for which use it is great as it seems neither suited as a computer mouse nor as a paper weight, but I am sure it has some amazing use-cases that aren‘t obvious to the eye.As my kids were excited upon unboxing and I will not send it back in that shape, I am instead using the opportunity to give this paid review - I paid to be able to give it to you.Basically, there‘s a Logitech wireless mouse for 15$ and I am seriously punching myself for not getting that in the first place: You have a better chance of operating your mouse-pointer with a kaiser bun attached to your USB port with cheese string than with this product. If you have a co-worker that you absolutely hate and you pull him on secret Santa, this is the product for you - it doesn‘t present itself as the crap filled cornucopia that keeps on giving when you unwrap it, but 20 seconds after you start to use it, you will curse and wonder who hates mother nature so much that he decided to put this thing into production using natural resources to create something that will be going to the trash in less than an hour.Pros: it made me write this review which contributed a lot to my mental health.Cons: - design- material quality and- haptics- functionality- plastic garbage polutionIf you’ll excuse me, I‘ll be on my way to the grocery store getting that kaiser bun...

The mouse is terrible, extremely unresponsive
It's pink, it's tiny, thought it would be alright for my young daughters first computer (pi). The mouse is terrible, extremely unresponsive, sticky left click, right click happens randomly. All that and a retractable cord that snaps back at a breath. I'd rather use a laptop trackpad.

Less than a month later
This was caused by the closure at the bottom of the mouse, and of course, the very bad quality wire.

Meh.
Price is so good it's hard to complain, but it's not an amazing mouse. It's a cheap, functional, mouse. I got it because I need to take my laptop with me to multiple locations throughout my day for work and I wanted something small that I do t need all the time. Even for the small amount I use it I should have splurged a couple bucks for something better. Oh well.
