Overall the health benefits of Ginseng are amazing, but the taste is definitely an acquired taste. I will steep it in 4oz of hot water and once cooled, I just chug it. The after taste and feel are why I didn’t give 5 stars.

This is very bitter, it is not for human. Do not purchase it. I tried it with green tea, black tea I couldn’t drink it. It is made in Canada, should purchase made in china or Japan.
