ONE NOTE: WHEN YOU FIRST GET IT, NOTHING IN THE INSTRUCTIONS SAYS YOU MUST OPEN THE SHELL AND REMOVE THE SEALS ON BOTH ENDS OF THE FILTER ITSELF, THEN PUT IT BACK IN THE RIGHT WAY AND CLOSE THE CAPSULE (VERY EASY) OR IT WILL NOT FUNCTION. A MISTAKE ON THE PART OF THE MANUFACTURER NOT TO INFORM CONSUMERS OF THIS SIMPLE PROCEDURE! But! If your household has hard water, this is one of the greatest inventions ever, and I never want to live without one of these in such a situation. Super easy to install (except for the above flaw in the instructions!). The difference in the way my skin and hair feel is kind of astonishing. Highly recommend it.

I had always wanted a filter for my shower as our water is very hard and it was making my hair very dry and brittle but i was worried about installation. This filter was super easy to install and I noticed an instant difference in the texture of my hair after using. My hair looks a lot more healthy and i can start bleaching it again 😀

So far, so good. Skin is noticeable softer and feels smoother within 3 days of using it. Price is not too bad and I will continue using over the ling term. Installing filter was extremely easy and quality feel great. .

Very disappointing. At this price I was expecting to have something decent and not to break after 1 week of use. It starts leaking a lot and it was a waste of money..

Hmmmm - doesn’t seem to make any difference - the glass shower screen and glass door are just as spotted from the hard water as they were before fitting. The shower spray head blocks up just as quickly as before. I also bought for a couple of friends in totally different areas and they report exactly the same.

Love this wasn’t the easiest to fit but my bf got it done and I love it wish it was slightly cheaper and lasted more than 6 months but overall very good water feels cleaner

Great value for money and very easy to install just a little note when installing onto an electric shower . Switch off shower at the fuse box , remove shower cover and remove the connection so you can take off the cover completely . Then add the filtration unit ensuring the system doesn’t cross thread . Then add the connector to unit and pop the face of the unit back on . Then the easy part connect your shoer pipe and once the filtration covers are removed you are ready to go . No leakage just water softness . And try not to flood your bathroom like I did . 🤣🤣🙈

Waited a while to review this so I could properly use it for months to give an honest review. I think it's great. I have super sensitive skin that gets very dry and ezcema prone and I was convinced the hard water in my area wasn't helping! This was super easy and simple to attach, shower pressure remain the same (if not stronger) and I know the water is different, softer. I have not had the same issues when exiting the shower feeling my skin has been stripped of moisture, the water is softer and nutrient filled! Good value for money!

This was so easy to install for the handheld part of our shower. Within a couple of days of using it I noticed a huge difference. My hair feels softer and my skin no longer itches. I wish I would have gotten it a long time ago as our city water quality is not all that great.

Water shoots out everywhere. Installed properly with no leaks but the outside case is not sealed strong enough so water sprays out in all directions through the casing.
