Old one broke after 20 years, grinder arms simply wore through, which goes to show how well used it was! Bought this because the fitting seemed identical, and indeed the unit looked the same, albeit under a different name, so was hoping for a direct swap. Turned out the pipe outlet was slightly higher, but everything came together with a bit of flexing and huffing. Much quiter than the previous version, and very bright red (the old was a less obtrusive grey, but this red is pleasantly dramatic). It came with everything you need to fit it to a bare sink, nice quality, but superfluous for me. Bought the air switch separately, we used to use the wall switch, and together they work beautifully. The airswitch is just like a waterproof extension cable, so no modifications were needed to the unit. Not aware of any smell or lack of smell, but it needs to get a bit older before that manifests I guess. Given how long the last one chugged on, and the similar design, hoping this one will outlast me. Very pleased so far, excellent value, and together with the airswitch cheaper than I could have sourced with any other reputable make.

Simple to follow instructions. Quite basic really, but worth reading through. Fitted perfectly, replacing a previous model that lasted 11 years. If this one does that well I’ll be more than satisfied. This updated version seems quieter but otherwise identical in size and performance. Delivery was early and no problems. Happy to recommend.

Easy to use and install. Much quieter than my old disposal unit and more powerful. Still getting used to putting stuff in it before I turn it on and the bump wje it starts but so far 5/5 Price wise superb value

Exactly as described, it is a direct replacement for my old Waste King and much quieter, if it lasts as long, I will be happy. Would definitely recommend.

There was a missing part and the plumber couldn’t fit it without buying special extra items trying to improvise.

No auto on this item when you run the tap, yoy have to go under the cupboard to switch it on and off manually

Easily fitted without the need for a plumber as it attaches to sink and outlet pipe exactly.
