I spent nearly 1.5 hours looking over the various 10-packs of USB Sticks. I have 4GB of photos that I'd like to give to the rest of the team. If you have used various USB Sticks, you may have noticed there can be a HUGE difference in speed between various models. I was looking at some 10-packs for around $35. Problem is, I have to use them - yet I am giving away for free. I don't want to spend more than I have to - nor do I want to wait 5 hours to copy photos (30min per stick). Many of the sticks here have speeds around 1-4 MB/s write.. that's very slow. I found these for $51 here at Amazon. They reviewed fairly well. Some reviewers posted promising benchmarks. Instead of the dirt cheap $35 8GB sticks, I purchased these 16GB ones for a bit more - though still in the cheap category.I am VERY pleased with these Kootion USB 3.0 sticks. I benchmarked at 20MB/s write and 100 MB/s read. These are not the fastest USB sticks - the last ones I purchased were 90 MB/s write and 170 MB/s read, but at just over $5 each?! Come on! Very pleased. I average about 3 minutes to copy 4GB (395 photos and some small video).Form factor is OK, pretty standard size. They have a rotating cover and grippy edges that make them easy to insert and remove.Bottom line: I rate these as an excellent value.

Beware, there drives work great but do not appear to be shielded. EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) from these drives wreak havoc on wireless adapters such as those for Keyboard and Mice. Use in ports that are separated from wireless receivers to prevent problems.

I bought this based on the reviews. I need an easy way to take images off my phone and transfer them to my computer. This sounded like a very useful product, but it crashes every time I try to use it. I'm updating my system and will look for an update for the software, but so far I'd look for another device.

I consider myself a pretty technologically literate person. This flash drive did not work to back up photos on my iPhone. It copied 362 of my photos then stopped. When I plugged it in the usb on my computer, none of the files could be opened. The second one I purchased did not prompt me to download the app (which was deleted from the first trial). I bought it for my mom who is a senior citizen. There is NO WAY she would’ve figured out the app. I reviewed these flash drives for hours and thought I was getting an easy-to-use, handy piece of technology. I was so wrong :(

Excellent value for the money. They appear to be durable and serviceable. They are not very fast but they were not very expensive. Perfect give-away drives.

They work great. About 1 in 10 fail, and that's to be expected. Great for temp storage and to give away and not worry about them being given back.

Fantastic! easy to use and nice bright colors to help me tell things apart. Would definitely buy from again. I also liked the neat little package they came in.
