Defective Product & Fraudulent Warranty Loophole! Avoid!
The product started showing major defects early on. The laser lens has visible irregularities, creating a broken mirror image effect around the main laser beam, making it unusable. The real issue is the seller's "1-Year Warranty." When I reached out to claim it, the seller demanded that I courier the product back to their address at my own expense just for them to "analyse" it. The total cost of this product is only around ₹700. Forcing customers to pay out-of-pocket courier fees on a low-value item is just a trap to make people give up on their warranty claims. Terrible customer service and a faulty product. Amazon seriously needs to look into these marketplace sellers and take responsibility for these hidden shipping costs!

Absolutely love this laser pointer! Bright, precise beam with great range and build quality. Perfect for presentations, stargazing, or just fun ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I purchased a red laser, and unfortunately, the first item I received was defective. To make matters worse, the replacement was marked as delivered but never arrived. I was disappointed at first, but Ruaal International truly went above and beyond to make things right. They ensured I received the product and even included an extra laser free of charge, along with a heartfelt apology note for my son, since his gift didn’t arrive on time. I genuinely appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction. Exceptional service like this is rare, I can’t recommend them enough. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

no Indication when fully charged
In the specs or in vedios its not mentioned any where when charge is fully done what indication it shows as blue light switches off Its better if the colour changes to Green to give confidence that its fully charged
