trying to thread a standard thickness cable along with power and an HDMI lead through a monitor arm was impossible, this thin cable works great and was able to fit inside the arm to help keep everything neat.

No locking pins on plugs resulted in visual artifacts!
I like the flex on this DSP cable but, it doesn't have the spring connectors most display port cables have. Consequently, it connection is loose. I was getting artifacts on scrceen whilst using it, so sadly had to go back to my thick unflexible cable. Not sure why they chose to remove the locking pins.
