Good phone
Excellent product, compact and very easy to use. I gave up on my other phone after a couple of months, talk about complicated. Couldn't wait to get back to something simple and easy to use.

GSM-Fonz and their lack of customer service. ;-(
I have had this phone since 5th December 2011 and it was bought for a Christmas present, now this week it dcided to switch itself off and never come back on again, so I contacted the company who sold me this phone which is GSM-Fonz in the Amazon Marketplace and they had the audacity to refer me to Nokia and use their 12 month warranty, no the company who supplies the product is responsible for any repairs or replacements so I decided to post a review of the company instead as I will take the hit for the phone.Do not buy any device as they will just fob you off out of hand and are a disgrace you have been warned. Email below if you do not believe me : We are extremely sorry to read that you are having some problems with your item. We do apologies for any inconvenience in this matter. You should not need to worry at all in this matter as your item was sold with the 12 months of manufacturer warranty. You can claim the free warranty from Nokia service centre at any time you will need it. You can book your free warranty from Nokia on the following URL and they will organise the collection of the phone back from you and they will also return it back to you once it got fixed under warranty.

Mine broke after 8 weeks.
I usually buy Nokia phones and needed a new one for my pay as you go sim. The phone was cheap enough and looked fine for calls and texting. The phone broke after 8 weeks the charging hole caved in and the charger point wouldnt go in. I definately did not use to much pressure it is just a badly made phone. The screen scratched after a week and felt cheap/plastic. I would not buy a Nokia again the quality has dropped alot-I think they are being made in India now? It is now in a charity phone recycling bag.

Good, but not great
I bought this mobile because I had a previous model which I was happy with, but it was getting rather old and tatty. I only use it for calls and texting so didn't need anything fancy. The handset is nice and compact and it's easy to find your way around the options. However, the keys are now much flatter, and I find you have to press them harder. This makes texting a lot more difficult, as I find I'm hitting the wrong keys or not pressing them hard enough. Very frustrating.

Nokia 2220
Great emergancy phone, apart from T mobile annoying opening and closing jingle.Would recomend item as a simple to-use large key pad option.

Nokia 2220
Love this phone. Bought for a Christmas present for mum to update her phone. Very easy to set up. Small and light. Clear setting up instructions, didn't even need the manual. Charged up very quickly. Slide is very robust, some feel like they will break but not this one. Definately recommend this phone.

Nokia 2220 mobile phone
Instruction book for the phone is very easy to follow. The phone is light weight, versatile, screen is easy to read, number pad is not so small that it is difficult to use and I am very pleased with it.

No connectivity
YOU CAN'T CONNECT TO THIS PHONE! So disappointing - I bought this phone as it seemed to have MP3, decent on-board memory, and a real headphone jack, but not a great screen or camera - seemingly perfect for someone like me who wants a phone for calls, texts and music, not really for games, internet or movies. BUT YOU CAN'T CONNECT TO THIS PHONE!!! There's no USB, no bluetooth, no wireless, no connection at all to get your music, photos, or even contacts transferred TO OR FROM this phone. Want to transfer your existing photos or music onto your phone? You can't. Want to use the memory and MP3 player? You can't, unless you download from expensive mobile internet. OK, so you use mobile internet to buy content for the phone. Want to transfer photos, music, movies, or anything from your phone to your PC or other device? You can't. You can't even transfer your contacts to the memory , the only way is to reduce to an amount that fits on the sim card (not a lot!). Nokia, is this 2011?
