Avoid!!!
Avoid! The owners manual states they’d be happy to help with any questions if you email them but they list no email anywhere! Make damn sure you’re standing on it when you start it or it will violently dance all over your room! The display makes little sense. It appears that the “speed” of vibrations is represented by a little man “walking and up to running” but it starts in the center and left and right appear exactly the same. I feel no difference in speed no matter where it’s set. I wasted money and there’s no email to contact their customer service…if they even have any.

Appears Used or Returned Item
What I received seems to be used or one that was returned before. Small dents on cover, batteries already in remote, and no User's Manual. Very disappointed! Returning.

new, right out of the box, does not work.
does not work!!!! Had stored this in our closet of our vacation home and opened it on January 1st to add to our workout routine. Checked everything, no lights NO vibration. there is no damage to the box or machine. Manual very vague, and contacting the company is even more vague. Do not buy this machine!!!!
