This cap has been a lifesaver for my migraines. The cooling sensation lasts a long time, and the pressure is just right to help ease the throbbing. Absolutely love this thing. One of the best purchases ive made, plus super affordable. Helps immensely with headaches. And I always fall asleep within like 10 minutes of putting it on, even when I dont mean to.

The moment you put this on cold it is absolute bliss, there is really no other way to describe it. The gel encased material stretches easily over your head while still delivering a satisfying compression that feels like a cool, firm hug. For migraine and headache relief, that combination of cold and compression is genuinely effective and almost immediately soothing. I have only ever used mine from the freezer and fridge, so I can’t speak to the warming side, but cold therapy is where this thing shines. That said, two things worth knowing. It doesn’t hold the coldness as long as you’d hope, which is a real bummer because when it’s cold it’s amazing. And after time in the freezer it tends to take on that freezer smell, which is a little unpleasant when it’s on your face. Washability helps manage that, but it’s something to be aware of. Minor complaints for an otherwise wonderful product that I reach for every time a headache hits.

Feels like heaven! Probably one of my favorite things I’ve ever bought. It’s just the right amount of cold & with a tight fit in all the right spots to help relieve migraines! 10/10 would recommend!

Got this for my mother who has frequent headaches. It gets COLD cold when in the freezer, but it seems to ease her headaches well enough. Its lasted months up to this point and its thick, so it works. Its a pretty large fit and i dont think it would work for a toddlers head but anyone above 10 should be fine, but it stays in place well if not a bit compressive, which is good. Seems to be scentless unless its left in the freezer too long or if you’re just pulling it from the box.

I purchased this product as I frequently experience both migraines and headaches. I typically use ice packs on my temples to help, so this product appealed to me as I can have that affect hands free. Here's what I love: - full head coverage of cooling effect. - the product can be easily cleaned. - it can be kept cold (in fridge or freezer) to be readily available. - the cool feeling on my eyes helped my headache - stretches to fit any head size What I didn't love: - product arrived with a weird odor. - the product was wayyyy to cold from the freezer and worsened my headache. Lesson learned! - the cap loses its chill quickly. It needs frequent re-chilling Overall, I would not purchase this product again, but will continue to try to fine tune it's temperature and smell as the idea of a treatment that is not medicinal is appealing!

Love this cap!!! I suffer from migraines and this cap has been so helpful. The slight pressure and cool feeling from the cap immediately starts reducing the pain.

It’s having thin layer and It become hot in very short time from refrigerator-22 to it become normal temp within 2~3 mins

Only one side gel is there and backside just simple cloth
