At the start of my nursing journey, I tried every breastmilk supplement I could get my hands on. This is the ONLY one that actually gave me an increase in milk!

It did work for me for the first 4 months. I was desperate looking for supplements that boost my milk production and this one helped me for a while then suddenly my milk production dropped and I stop taking them. You will notice the difference as soon as you start taking them and for me the price is good compared to other products… I would say “try it”

I wanted to love them, but the negative symptoms outweighed the possible ...
I can't attest to if these work to improve production of breastmilk since I was taking several different supplements at the same time. However, I can say that these gave me crazy heartburn once I added these to my regimen. I wanted to love them, but the negative symptoms outweighed the possible benefits. The pills are somewhat large, and are bitter tasting. I will say they were reasonably priced, and perhaps they work for others, just not for me.

Yo quería polvo. Pastillas no son efectivos. Por ejemplo, tres pastillas (1950 mg) que es la porción recomendado, solo llevan .1 mg de vitamina b1 y b2, .7 mg de b3, etc. No tienen casi nada de nutrients. O puedes tomar la botella completa... :P
