Got these at a good price, though the boxes were smashed. Didn't hurt the cereal and really love this.

This cereal has a high iron content. I have already recommended this product to family and friends who are required to add iron to their diets along with additional fiber to counteract tummy issues from that iron!! That's not even mentioning that this cereal is delish. It is lightly sweetened with brown sugar. I normally refuse to purchase sweetened cereals because whatever sweeteners are used make my tummy very unhappy. This cereal, though, sits very quietly and happily without the unpleasantness I encounter from others. When the price is reasonable, I plan to stock up like a squirrel for winter.

This cereal is to die for! The flavor is just right—not too sweet, with the perfect crunch that holds up well in milk. It is a bit higher in calories than some other cereals, but it’s so worth it. The texture is satisfying, and it doesn’t get soggy too quickly, which I love. I enjoy it both as a traditional cereal and as a crunchy topping for yogurt—it adds the perfect bite without overpowering other flavors. If you’re looking for something delicious and versatile, this is a great choice!
