The colours are very good however the shades are sparkly/shimmery which I do not looo for in a contour

Good value for money and a good contour pallet.

This palette probably suits light to mid skin tones. The top left shade is a fawn matt with a hint of pink, the second shade has quite a lot of yellow in it. The third shade is a shimmering light gold. The bottom palates are much darker, all three shades of brown although they look darker in the palate than on the skin. The right hand one has a warmer pinky under tone, the other two are more oak brown both quite similar in colour. The manufacturer calls them latte and caramel, if my latte was that colour I'd be sending it back!The palate is a good size, quite big, although its shallow so the pans are probably not very deep. Its definitely more of dressing table item, than hand bag sized.

I'm not really into contouring but I like to add a little colour or highlight here and there, so this smart little palette is ideal. The pigments are a good size for the larger brushes and there is a good variety of colours. Even the “banana” has its uses. When I'm not using these as intended they actually make good eye shadows.I've been testing the Light palette which is good for my light, often washed out, skin.Good price especially for someone just staring out in the bewildering field of make-up.

Nice big box with lots of the product.This was bought for my partner who is not a fan of contouring but could see that the palette is just as useful as eye shadows and highlighters/bronzers/blusher. That and the fact that you get a lot of it makes for a long lasting item.Long lasting, fragrance free, and very much a quality product that does exactly what you expect with no compromises.Recommended

Good quality palette, bigger than usual and looks classy - decent value for the price. The powder texture is fairly light so that you can build up as you go. The shades are slightly lighter than they appear in the product photo and will suit the pale-skinned. Because the individual colours are quite small, you'll need to use a decent brush. As with all contouring kits, you need to know what you're doing to get best results and blend carefully. Neutral colours are good but you can still look quite heavily made-up if used during the day. Flexible enough though to do your whole face.

This isn't a little mini palette to pop into your handbag, it's a sizeable palette of shadows, each of which is over 3g, which doesn't sound much, but is in make-up terms. The shades are lovely though, porcelain and banana for highlighting, latte for contouring, and an attractive ginger and latte for eyeshadows.There's no applicator, but most of us have brushes or sponge applicators that will be suitable. The fine milled consistency goes on like a dream, these are pleasant to apply. A long-lasting and versatile palette in shades that you will want to wear.
