I'm a BIG fan of Liquid IV. I drink it every day in my Stanley water bottle that I bring to work. I was happy that they expanded their sugar free products. I LOVE the raspberry lemonade!

Great flavors, works better than sports drinks.I have bad POTS, and this works great when I’m feeling super out of it to get me back to baseline.

I decided to purchase the sugar free version of Liquid IV because the flavor intrigued me. I found that the Raspberry Lemonade doesn't taste like either flavor but instead tastes just sickly sweet. We are talking way sweeter than the regular Liquid IVs. I'm going to drink through this bag because I don't want to waste the product and I need to consume 1 electrolyte packet a day but will not be re-purchasing the sugar free versions. I will stick to the regular version of Liquid IV. Good option for someone who can't have sugar though - it's nice they give options for consumers.

Sugar free Liquid IV is my family’s go to for hydration. They taste great and make you feel great. We like all of the flavors, but raspberry lemonade and raspberry melon our my favorites.

The powder mixed well with water. The flavor was bitter tasting, lemonade color and did not taste good to me. It did make me feel better so it works. I would prefer a sweeter less bitter medicine taste. Going to try another brand.
