REcommended by Dr. Berg-- helps sleep, flattens stomach (in time) and otehr benefits
Dr. Berg told about this-- for flattening stomach.. but it has many more benefits.. I now sleep like a lOG-- deep, restful sleep-- even if I get up in the middle of the night, I go right back to sleep no problem and wake full of energy. It has lots of other benefits too- and you can look up Dr. Bergs video on it to see what they are..

Great for calming, but causes frequent urination
The tea is of very good quality and definitely helps calm our minds. However, we noticed that it triggers frequent urination for us. We tried drinking it at different times—during the day, in the evening, and right before bed—but it had the same effect every time. It works well for relaxation, but be prepared for extra bathroom trips.

A natural sleep remedy
A natural herb sed by many people in South América throughout centuries to sleep, lemon balm still does the trick without chemicals. So happy to have found it on Amazon.
