I needed the LED's to be clear and easily visible and they are. Good value for the money

"Nightglow' feature doesn't work as expected
A seemingly solid device, that I found intuitive to set up. I bought it specifically for the Nightglow feature, though, and this alas doesn't work as implied in the product listing. Firstly, I'd wrongly assumed that 'automatic operation' meant there was a light sensor on the device that switched the backlight on and off automatically according to the detected light level. Not so, however - a start time has to be set by the user, followed by a duration. But the duration can only be set to 5, 6 or 7 hours, hence the 'all-night' part of the following statement in the Product Description - "features a night glow, all-night back light ..." simply doesn't hold in practice, especially in winter in the UK! Needlessly disappointing.
