Pure Encapsulations Iron-C, 60 Capsules

This supplement is far better than the prescription one I was given. I can stomach this one with no side effects. No constipation, easy to swallow pill (small). No flavor in this capsule (no burping it up). I could feel my iron levels going up (no more iron deficiency side effects) my go to from now on is Iron-C.

I love that these pills are easy to digest, and they don’t bother my stomach. I’ve had other iron pills that cause side effects that I don’t love. The pill size is great as well because it doesn’t feel like you’re swallowing a horse pill each time. Highly recommend!!! I get full blood panels every year just to stay ahead of any issues that could arise before they cause issues. My last panel my ferritin was low but my iron was ok, so I started taking these every other day. I take 4 pills (60mg) at a time and I feel the results right away. It lowers my anxiety which is my only symptom of the low ferritin. I take zinc by the same brand on the off days. I’ve had zero side effects, no nausea, no constipation. I’m really happy about this because I am trying to avoid iron infusions.
