Great product, but lacking packaging and working pump
This lash cleanser is what I have used for over 5 years now and honestly it’s the best there is and I have sensitive eyes.However, the last shipment I had, the product arrived with a faulty pump and it certainly didn’t arrive in a nice round box, like the picture suggests. For me neither of these things were a major issue, as I just poured the fluid into my existing bottle and then had a pump that worked. And as this was for myself I didn’t need the box but if this was a gift, I’d have been really disappointed with the packaging.I found trying to reach the seller hard though so will probably buy direct from the supplier next time. Although, it did arrive within a few days so no complaints there.
