Duncan Hines Signature Yellow Cake Mix, 16.5-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 6)

i make this cake every friday for my husband and he thinks its the besti just use powdered sugar sifted on topno fuss no muss

These cake mixes are NOT the older beloved Duncan Hines mixes that picture in ad portrays!!! These are the super nasty ones that are the GROSS NEW DUNCAN HINES RECIPE that we HATE!! Save your money...these are a buck or so at Walmart and are now junk!!Plus they threw gross cake mixes in a poly bag and they ALL arrived SMASHED!!! 😡😡😡

I have used Duncan Hines cake mixes for years making the wonderful Bundt cakes. Each years making 2 for my child’s b-day. Three years ago I noticed the cake didn’t rise to the top of the pan and only 3 eggs were called for instead of 4 that I had used through the years. The Bundt cakes became popular in the 60’s or early 70’s and I have made hundreds.2 years ago I started checking the weight of the mix and saw it had been reduced so I ended up buying an extra box and adding enough to make up the difference and used my old recipe. It worked out ok but I resent having to buy 2 boxes and waste part of one.Well, yesterday I went to the grocery and guess what, the box is smaller too! I assume the weight is the same as the past several years as 15.25oz but the instructions look a bit different. I believe the original weight was 16.25oz or perhaps more.I’m going to try to figure this one out and make it but will not be using Duncan Hines again. Sadly another wonderful product down the tubes because the company wants to cut corners and think we won’t notice the changes. 😢

I have noticed that my recipes aren’t turning out the way they used to. I have always bought Duncan Hines cake mixes. I even thought my oven was having issues. After reading all these reviews, I am so disappointed in Duncan Hines. Why change what used to be a great product?

I ordered the “classic” classic yellow. This is the perfectly moist and will not work for my recipe. Am displeased.

I have been swearing by Duncan Hines over its competitors for years. I think the recipe was changed. My cakes have been crumbling. Not as dense as they used to be.

Very good and easy way to make a great cake.
