Chinese Herbal Warming Gel

I rated this product as a five (5) star because it is an excellent, effective and rewarding product that I have used for more than 5 years. The product always soothes body aches and painly immediately upon applicaton. Although it is a warming gel, it provides a cool smooth feeling that is odorless and also very comforting. I carry it with me at all times because I find that aches or pain in my body is unpredictable without respect of time.The product is very reliable, especially due to the fact that it is odorless.I have recommended this product to several of my friends and they have expressed great appreciation to me for the knowledge and introduction of this product. Everyone that I recommended the product to or gave a sample to is very pleased.Furthermore, I really like the fact that the product is not very expensive and I do not have to apply large amounts to get the desired results. Overall, I would even go so far as to state that this product provides a warm fuzzy feeling of instant relief and gratification.

I bought this product because nothing else seemed to work for my back pain, both lower and upper back. I started my day with aspirin and followed up with 3 or 4 ibupropfens a hour later. From then on, I alternated between aspirin and ibuprofen until my pain finally eased. I cannot imagine what this was doing to my stomach! I ordered this product after trying countless pain relieving creams and sprays, as well as the OTC pain patches and after reading the reviews. The price was low enough to take a chance. I have been totally amazed at how well this product works. I have been able to get rid of my upper back pain for the most part. I haven't seen it do much for my lower back pain (sciatica due to spinal stenosis) but I am loving that my upper back pain (which seemed much worse to me than the lower pain) is finally under control. I find, for me, it works best if I apply it right after getting up and showering. I apply it again around 3 PM and prior to retiring for the night. I found if you actually wait for the pain to start, it may take a little longer to work. I am so sold on this product that I ordered a second bottle so I have one at work and at home. I don't plan to ever be without this gel!

Product didn't have the same warming properties that I've experienced before. When I called to complain they told me that it was tough luck that I bought it through Amazon.com or I could have gotten my money back otherwise. Product sucked and company has no responsibility towards customers.

It was difficult to use it without getting some of the solution on the finger tips and that was the problem when wiping your eyes. Then with most of us I didn't feel like it was getting to the muscles or anything that was bothering me or my family. Sorry.

Very misleading description. This is not a "Chinese" herbal product. There is some Ginko in the inactive ingredients, but that's it. Maybe the bottle was made in China! With that said, I find the gel does not work as well as this company's Pain relief gel. On the plus side, it has zero odor, which I like, but feels somewhat like honey when applied. In all fairness, there isn't much that works on long term Arthritis, and I would not buy this again.

Surprise of surprise. No one is more skeptical than I am but I must admit it took my pain away and lasted for hours. Highly recommend!

This is an awesome product with outstanding relief! Have been using the capsaicin roll on applicator for years and go through them like nothing - don't mind the burn but doesn't last as long. Yesterday I put the Chinese Herbal Warming Gel on and it felt like instant relief with no burn. A great product for the pain of the neck and arms for degenerative neck disease. Will definitely be purchasing this again! Thank you for making such an outstanding product so I can function during the day and night to get my work done!
