It worked for me
I followed the easy instructions and after about half a tank of gas later my check engine light went off. I've seen quite a few that are way too expensive but this has a very decent price. So it worked wonderfully. It didn't leak while shipping. Overall a great product that might save you the cost of a catalytic converter

Worked on 1999 Toyota V6 that wouldn't pass smog.
Bad coil on a 1999 V6 Toyota Solara coupe with 235,000 miles caused check engine light to come on (occasionally flashing) and engine to run rough for months. P0300 "multiple misfire" OBD code. Got progressively worse. Finally replaced the coil cuz a smog check was required for upcoming registration. Replacing the coil fixed the issue. Engine runs great. Check engine light was reset and did not come back, but smog check failed. Used this with 1/4 tank and drove til nearly empty to get rid of as much additive as possible, then added half a tank of top tier premium and drove for 1 hour. Passed smog by a wide margin. I can't confirm this product actually did anything, maybe the car just needed to be driven hard to clear out the carbon but you can't argue with the result! Oh yeah, recommended to a friend with a Kia mini van that wouldn't pass smog and also had a check engine light. Same procedure worked for him too.

THIS STUFF WORKS!
Had a P0420 code on my 2009 Chevy HHR. Added cleaner to about 8 gallons of fuel, got on the freeway and drove as fast as I could for about 12 miles, stopped and added a few more gallons of GOOD fuel, started the car and the check engine light was OFF. I think the problem was aggravated by using cheap fuel. I recommend using top tier fuel only!

Not a cure-all
It is hard to know how to review this product, except to say that it did not resolve my problems. My check engine light is still on with a P0420, and my catalytic converter is still not working. Did this product clean my converter? Maybe. My converter is not plugged up, but it really wasn't plugged up before. My converter apparently just doesn't have any precious metals any more. If you are looking at this product to fix a problem, chances are there is an issue further upstream that is causing the converter to underperform - dirty injectors, bad plugs, plugged EGR, or something else causing too much glop to go down the exhaust. Fix all that first, and then clean up the residue with this.

Did not work
I put this in a half a tank of gas ran it and had no light come on. Turned the car off and came back out 30 min later. Started the car and the light was back on.

Cleared CEL successfully, passed inspection
Worked for me. Check engine light was on with a P0420. Filled up the tank with only 87 and added the mixture and not even halfway through my tank the light went off, cleared the pending code, and passed inspection. On my second fill up since then and still no check engine light. Definitely works if your car has deposit build up or residual fuel from a misfire.

Worked! 2014 Subaru Impreza with 280,000 km
Works! 2014 Subaru Impreza with 280,000 kms on it was throwing a P0420 (Catalytic converter efficiency) - poured this into the tank that had about 15 litres. The error was gone after driving about 20 kms.
