I purchased this iron March 21, 2025. It is now May 27th and this morning the iron just quit working. I went to the manufacturer page to see about the 1 year warranty to file a claim. The page is blank. No information. What’s a girl to do? Let me tell you … not buy from this company again.

I bought this curling iron to make a few wrap around curls throughout my hair. It works fine for that. However, the clamp is not very tight so if you are going to use this like a traditional curling iron, it may be difficult. I like the heat control, the speed of how fast it heats up and the auto shut off.

This curling iron lasted me 4 months. It just quit working all together. The power light comes on but the heating element does not heat up and of course it’s too late to return it.

I used this iron less than 1x a week and it has stopped heating up after a year of use. Light still comes on, but no heat

I have barely used this curling iron. I’ve only had it a few months and maybe have used it twice. I have several other sizes from this brand and they all work great. However, this one just turns off by itself in the middle of curling my hair. It’s not like I’ve left it on for a long period of time either. I am mid curl and it turns off.
