Works great, very quiet
Definitely a big step up from the hand crank garbage I was using. It's compact, easy to use, and fits a decent amount of laundry. I can typically wash weekly laundry for two in 3 loads. Pairs great with the Nina Soft spin dryer. Just make sure you put it on a flat, stable surface, and you'll want to pick up a few agitator balls and lint catchers. You'll quickly clog up the drain hole and your sink/tub if you're not catching the lint.

Burning Smell / Ash Inside. Otherwise, Works Fine.
This review is laid in four sections: 1, the burning smell issue; 2, a head's up for potential owners; 3, the good things about the machine; 4, maintenance suggestions for owners.1) -1 star for the stench of burning when I first used it. While the machine was unplugged, I opened the back to look at the rotar inside and there was thick black ash coating everything. I think it was probably left over from the factory where it was made, because after scrutinizing the internal parts I found no signs of scorching / burn marks. I carefully cleaned the ash out and closed the back of the machine, and after that I had no issues when washing clothes. The rest of the machine was clean.2) With that said, DO NOT USE HOT WATER with this machine (as instructed in its manual). Warm and cold water are okay, but hot water risks overheating the internal mechanisms. I accidentally put hot water in it once, and the burning smell returned (this was after the aforementioned ash issue, not prior) -- but that was entirely my fault, not the machine's. I'm just adding this part to forewarn any potential owners who might not want to read the manual. If this is an issue, remember that this is a cheap washing machine! If you want something which can handle more, pay more $$ for a different one. You get what you pay for.3) The machine is easy to lift, move, and store. I don't have any counters or tables which are large enough to put my washing machine on by a sink, so I just put it on the floor by the sink and attach the nozzle to the faucet. Even when it's full of wet clothes and water, it's not too heavy to pick up and transport. With that said, if you're eldery or have back issues, don't do that. It's also very easy to take apart and clean (and that's coming from me, someone who isn't very maintenance-savvy). For being such a small machine, it does a VERY good job of cleaning my clothes (and it holds a lot of them). There is no spin cycle; you have to drain the machine and wring your clothes out by hand (or with a hand-held wringer), but again, you get what you pay for.4) Maintenance suggestions: Remember, you're putting dirty clothes in this machine to clean. While dirty water is drained out, like all machines some residue will remain and build up. You can easily clean it out by rinsing it out with water and dilluted vinegar, and you can use a screwdriver to (carefully) remove the drain to rinse it out as well. Be sure the machine is unplugged from the electrical outfit before you begin handling it.

Worth the price
Easy to use, work good, good experience so far, but the clothes are totally wet after wash, no spin cycle.

Doesn’t last
I’ve had it for only a year and a half and it stoped working. I used it moderately and I didn’t over load it. Also it would always stop working after three loads and I’d have to wait for about 10-15min for it to start working again. It was like that from the day one. I had another washing machine before that and it worked for over 5 years and it didn’t stop after washing three loads.

OK washer for small loads
This is a very basic semi-automatic. Good for small and light weight loads. This washer is only good for washing and rinsing clothes. There is no spin drying function, so you will have to purchase one separately or hand wring clothes. This washer is small and light weight enough when empty to carry and move.I removed 2 stars for the following issues. There is no drain pump, so you must have washer on a table or counter for the gravity drain. The drain tube is very short. Unless you can set the washer right next to sink or tub, you will need to use a bucket to collect the water. The inlet tube is also short and narrower than the drain tube, so you cannot use it as extension tube for drainage. The inlet tube also requires an adapter for faucet attachment, which is not included. I use a bucket to fill and drain the washer.

Awesome Bubble Machine
This thing definitely works for my intended purpose, which is extract essentials from herb. Same machine slapped with a sticker is going for double here on Amazon. Not sure if they're refurbished, but all works well. That other DUDEs claims to double your yields, that is true, THIS machine did just that.

Total height dimension is about 20.5”, not 18.25”. Too tall for my countertop w cabinets overhead.
This a very sleek, beautifully designed machine. I bought it for doing handwash items and planned to place it on my laundry room countertop. My purchase relied upon the “overall dimensions” in product description, specifically the height of 18.2 inches. Well, that measurement is not correct. From the foot of the machine to the top, including the turn knob, my measurement of overall height was 20.5 inches. That did not work for my countertop, which has overhead cabinets.Other than that, for the price point, design and simplicity, this would be my choice for a simple machine to do small loads that would be too small for my regular washing machine.
