Seiko Men's SNE331 Sport Solar Black Stainless Steel Watch with Beige Nylon Band

ANOTHER UPDATE: I’ve now been wearing this watch daily for 3 1/2 years. It’s been dropped on concrete, whacked hard, covered with dirt, buried in sand, soaked in sweat, splattered with paint, and immersed in salt water. It still keeps perfect time...I only reset the time when Daylight Time begins and ends. The original strap is looking a little worn but it is intact. The crystal has a few minor scratches but they are only visible when sunlight hits it a certain way. For around $100, this is a fantastic workhorse watch.UPDATE: I've had this watch for 9 months now; worn it every day and almost never take it off except when sleeping or in water. I'm outdoors a lot, at the beach or doing yard work, and do a lot of projects around the house so the watch is subjected to plenty of abuse, dirt, sand, sweat, moisture, etc. It has taken some pretty good whacks and been dropped. It is still keeping perfect time. There is but one tiny scratch in the crystal, which is amazing considering what it's been through. The original band is showing some wear but looks like it will last quite awhile longer. This is the least expensive watch I've ever owned but in terms of reliability and accuracy it is the best. Exceptional value for the money.----------------------------Very happy with this watch at this price. I will echo a couple of comments others have made. The luminosity is excellent right after going from a light to dark room but it fades drastically after some time away from light. I would not recommend this watch for anyone who frequently needs to be able to read the time in the dark. The arrow on the bezel is superfluous and it is also very slightly misaligned with the 12 o'clock arrow on the watch face; just as it is in the Amazon picture. If this was a $1000 watch I would have sent it back for that but I can live with it on this one. I stopped noticing it after the first day.So much for the nitpicking. So far it is keeping perfect time. It looks great. My wrist is 7 1/4". I had been wearing a 38 mm watch and I thought the 43 mm case might be a little big but the size is perfect. It is sufficiently rugged looking to be a sports watch but it wouldn't be out of place in a conference room. The gunmetal bezel and the pale yellow numbers look beautiful against the black face. I wasn't sure about the strap in the picture but am very pleased with both its looks and comfort. I'm concerned about how well the mineral crystal will resist scratches. So far it has survived a couple of whacks unscathed. My prior watch had a sapphire crystal that never scratched despite plenty of abuse so I got spoiled. Overall, this watch is a tremendous value for the money.

I really love my new Seiko SNE331.I have a decent collection of watches. Some can be described as refined, elegant, fashionable, or sporty. This watch says ...Bad Ass! I don't know how else to say it. It's got a great "Desert Storm", tactical, military look and feel to it. Don't let a few negative reviews keep you from getting this watch. Also love that I finally found something that pairs with a more rugged look whether it be jeans or a leather jacket. For you gents who understand that every watch you own has its own feel and style (and does or doesn't go with certain clothes/outfits that you are going to wear) you will quickly appreciate that this watch has a tough look, but yet is very stylish. It looks great on dark skin tones also. When it comes to casual, some guys go for the big fat, G-Shock "I'm running, biking, swimming and training for the Iron Man" look. This watch says: "Where's the pull-up bar?" I also bought the TimeChant, Cool Fire solar watch charger with it. Very slick item for keeping your solar watch juiced up at all times. Seikos are respected time pieces and the price is fantastic for what you get. The SNE331 has a solid feel and is very comfortable (the forgotten aspect in many watch purchases). You'll enjoy wearing this watch and it will get you compliments. Enjoy.

The Watch looks just like the picture. The Face is nice and the Seiko on the dial is raised up and adds a nice touch to the face of the watch, so everything is not flush like it was just painted on. The markings are easy to read and are cream colored while the hands are white. The band is comfortable but can get stuck on the skin when moisture is present since the back of the band is a leather like material. The stitching is very nice and looks clean. It's very easy to read in all lighting conditions and the hands and 4 triangles at the (12, 3, 6, 9) on the face are luminous. The seconds hand lines up with all the lines on the face of the watch when sweeping across, which most people won't notice but if your attention to detail like me, it makes a difference. The day and date are easy to read and the date changes at 12am but the day doesn't change until 2am. So if your up past 12 the date is right but the day is wrong, you will have to wait till 2am for the day to change. Also Sunday is in red and Saturday is in blue, for some reason all the days are white except SAT and SUN. The Bezel is textured and catches lint and fabric easily also the crystal is above the bezel so it's not protected from scratches. All in all great watch if you can get it around 100 bucks. The box that it came in had a retail price of $195.00. I can't comment on the solar part except when the second hand starts skipping to 2 second marks, it's time to charge your battery. So far I am happy with the watch, time will tell, no pun intended if the solar saves me a trip to change the battery or is reliable.

Muy satisfecho con la compra supero mis expectativas

Bought it last August , then never took off. Love this watch, only wearing Apple watch or my Garmin when doing exercising on another wrist. ( hate charging. Latest Garmin Fenix 6 so called Solar model is just marketing nothing for major power source) . Good things for this watch: 1. Ultra lightweight 2. thickness 10.5mm is perfect 3. bracelet is very sturdy and no problem with water. The only complaint is the lume not on every hour . So bought Orient Mako II for lume and rotating bezel , but it is so heavy and size 40.55mm is so small due to the bezel, the 13mm thickness is unbearable. Now I started realizing how perfect this SNE331 is fitting me.

Es original y tal cual la foto. Esta bien para un uso diario, la única pega es que la correa al ser de tela coge color pero lo demás estupendo.

A love watches and this one is perfect for casual wear. Looks great solar powered and so comfortable to wear. Also aluminiusity really works. Only flaw in design is arrow at top why no moving bezel. Amazon price amazing. Oh sorry keeps perfect time!!

I bought this watch in Sept. 2020 and have waited untill Jan. 2021 to write this review. I LOVE THIS WATCH. It has a good sized face, keeps time accurately and looks great! I wear this watch all day every day and I've not a single complaint about it. It's everything that I expect from a Seiko.
