Is the strap long enough to use crossbody for a larger person?

I am not that large so I cannot be certain. However, the strap is very long so I think it highly likely it could be. Overall, it's a great, sturdy camera bag.

The ad says the dimensions 21.3x13.1x8.3- the Compare This Item say for the coffee one 12x8x3 and black says 14x10.5.8 what's right?

I dont have a ruler handy so I can't give you exact measurements. But I have the coffee colored one. And it's wide enough for me to slip a 15 inch laptop in it, which means the bag has to be a little bit wider then a 15 inch laptop, and tall enough for it as well.

Will it fit under an airline seat?

Without a tripod, it should. But my own experience in flying there can be drastic differences in the space under seats. Check the outside dimensions of the case against each airline's specs. Even then, you can't tell when some part of the airplane might get in the way.

Does anyone know if this can hold a 15 inch MacBook Pro?

The internal sleeve is just a bit too small, but my Mac 15" laptop will fit inside the bag. You can slip it between the back of the padded insert and the back of the bag. Fit is snug but it works.
