ZERO Support from Anycubic. Four days with no response.
I thought I was going to love this printer, based on reviews and Youtube videos. My first issue is very loud clunking noise when the bed is moved--whether the motors are on or off. There is apparently binding going on and when it releases it makes a loud noise, as well as causing an x/y shift right at that time. With no response from Anycubic, despite their claim of "1 business day," I found something I thought would help on an online forum. The suggestion was that the Y axis pulley might not be level, and indeed mine was higher in the front. Adjusted that but didn't stop clunk. Do note I am not referring to extruder clunk, as the noise from the Y axis occurs with nothing being extruded and with the printer turned off. Also, the bed will not level (not my first 3D printer). The bottom plate is so far off that the screws in the back are practically at their limit of looseness whereas the front two are right. Still, I can almost get the corners "somewhat" level. But there is NO way to get the center level. With the corners "somewhat" level the center is too low. With the center at perfect height the corners are too close--and the nozzle will strike the bed on the first level of printing. Ugh.It seems this could have been rectified if the company actually responded to my requests for help. Now it seems I will need to return a printer I really wanted to like.

HAD TO RETURN 2 PRINTERS THAT DIED IN UNDER A MONTH. NOT A FUN TIME.
The first one I bought the motherboard went haywire after about 3 weeks. Returned it and gave Anycubic the benefit of the doubt that it was just a lemon Ordered a second one, right out the box the X axis motors would not move completely they would stop half way. Adjusting the belt tension, checking the wires for two hours resulted in me packing it up and returning it AGAIN.

Dies quickly
Product worked great for about a month. Now two months into using it, it has completely died. Tried replacing switch, power supply with no luck. Waiting to receive motherboard replacement if they ever send one.. Completely useless and a big waste of time.

Can't print more than 2 hours...
Around the 2 hour mark it stops extruding filament. The feed wheel just chews up and breaks the filament. After this I have to clear the filament tube and try again. I've tried 2 different 3 hour prints over the course of 2 days 4 times.

Great budget and beginner printer!
I don't usually do reviews, but I love this printer so here I am.Just a little background about myself; I'm a 3D character artist in the video game industry. This is my first 3D Printer. And it's great so far. Been using it for a month now. It can be used as a hobby printer or to make your own prints to sell. There are other printers that will cost you $1k+ and for me, this is a great way to start and get to know the hobby. Eventually I will get into resin printing but thats a whole nother story. The machine is very low maintenance and so easy to use. It is sturdy as well with an all metal frame and barely wobbles. Assembly is quite easy and I got to printing my first print (the owls) within 30 mins. The ultrabase heated bed is excellent, tho I did experiment with glue stick and hair spray which will make your prints stick and hard to pop off the bed. It can be a bit loud so I suggest putting this as far away from your bedroom as possible. And you can leave it unattended; I've done an 18 hour print and it printed it like a champ. Some pros...it comes with an extra extruder which is very nice! The instructions are easy, the machine is sturdy, easy to figure out the interface. Comes with a lot of the tools needed to start a print. And there is a nice community of makers online that have this machine as well. Prints really well with default settings. Download Cura and tweak the settings to make it even better. Some cons...the ultrabase CAN be finicky, so I use rafts for tall prints since it might unstick to the print surface the higher it gets. The filament it came with was great at first then started to become brittle. the filament broke off in the bowden extruder a couple of times. It was stuck there and I didnt even realize. I had to bake the filament to remove moisture but eventually got better filament from Hatchbox. The SD card it comes with is junk, so replace it with a faster and more reliable SD card. It is loud, I can hear it whirring from my bedroom, but its not too bad.Oh and the cooling fan, there are 2 fans, one for cooling the hotend heatsink and the plastic being printed. But the fan for the plastic is only on ONE SIDE so cooling overhangs on that side its great but not so great on the other side. A better design would be fans on each side to cool off the plastic all around. But nothing really to make it less than five stars because these were all part of learning the 3D printing hobby. If the printer keeps on failing without the ability for me to fix it myself, then I would give it one star less. There are also lots of upgrades to print for this printer, but I haven't done any and it has still given me great results.Overall, great beginner printer, low maintenance, easy to set up and print. Could be a lot better if there is a second fan to cool off the parts or a fan design that will cool it off all around. Get a different filament right away but the filament it came with still is good for test prints and such. Worth the price and a great buy.

Costly paperweight.
Disappointed in this product right now. I can't even print with it. I have wasted so much filament its not even funny. Whenever I start to print, it works for the first few initial passes then immediately the bed and extruder rapidly cool and the stop feeding/printing. I have watched dozens of videos and read the manual on how to operate this machine while I was waiting for it.The prints don't always start in the middle and I can't get it so center in the "Home" position. I'm returning it.

The units comes broken from the manufacturer.
I ordered this printer based on reviews, the printer arrived today, I set everything up even though it was very difficult the get the bed level I did my best. I then proceeded to do a test print from the USB that comes with the device. I followed all the instructions in setting up and even getting ready to print, the BIG problem is the filament is NOT feeding. The motor just clicks and clicks but the filament never feeds. I did a google search and it appears that scores and scores of people have had or are having the same issues with BAD motors being shipped with the unit.I already emailed the manufacturer and pointed them to a video that i saw online regarding the filament not feeding. Lets see what they do to resolve the issue. I can't believe that this is a brand new unit which wasn't cheap and its already broken.
