Does this come in a ghirardelli packet or a clear baggy like some are claiming?!

I was SHOCKED when my usual order of their regular hot chocolate came in a clear bag. My usual 1.5 ounce packets had shrunk to .95 ounce and looked like they had been tumbled in a dryer. A light dust of cocoa powder was everywhere. Honestly they looked like they had been sitting on a cheap motel morning buffet for months. I called AMAZON and was issued a refund and I threw the packets away after trying them and feeling sick. I reordered and got my usual boxed 1.5 packets within days. AMAZON, get rid of the nasty plastic bag shipments. You are cheating customers by selling smaller older packets without telling your loyal buyers! Not cool!!

Delicious and don’t contain cows milk!

These are super yummy! And, the best part, they don’t contain any milk! I bought these to put in gift baskets, and because of the lack of milk, they were perfect for anyone with milk allergies or with dietary restrictions! The flavor was great and everyone enjoyed them! The one downside to the lack of milk in the packets is that they cannot be made with hot water, but require milk or a milk alternative, but the ability to use alternatives made them exactly what I needed!
