Absolutely love these squat shoes! I’ve been lifting for over two decades; and the impact of this addition was felt immediately! Greater quad activation, for sure. But I did not expect to feel my calves burn so much as well! It’s worth every penny spent! The size and fit is perfect. The shoes are extremely sturdy on the outside, yet comfortable on the inside. Being such a solid shoe, I don’t imagine I’d have to replace them ever! Great purchase!
