Nice unit, well made and does the job. Battery is decent capacity and charges quite fast - tops up from 60% in about 20 mins/half an hour, full charge in a couple of hours, roughly. Very comfortable to hold, and quite heavy, which is a good thing (except for travel). My only complaint is the horrendous user interface - you have to tap TWENTY times for max power!! It's no big deal, but I don't understand how they can design and make a good product like this and give so little thought to how it will be used! Baffling, but I find it really helpful with my lower back pain - it doesn't ever cure it completely, but it takes the pain from really bad to tolerable quite quickly. Just find the painful spots and give them a pounding while breathing deeply and relaxing the area mentally as well. I was concerned that it would need another person to reach some spots, but you can do your whole back solo with a bit of practise, if you're not too stiff. Definitely recommended for the price - I don't think the expensive ones will be any better really, it does the job perfectly. (over a month of daily use before review)

Delighted with my new neck, shoulders & back shiatsu massager. In fact it can massage almost any area of the body satisfactorily because it is easily manipulated to different areas by use of the arm loops. It is a well made quality item and functions surprisingly well which, for the price, is a pleasant surprise. It is very portable so long as you have a plug nearby. The flex is sufficiently long at approx 2 metres in length. It does come with the right plug fitted. The only slight con might be that its arm loops might be made for somebody with much shorter arms than the normal European. But, once you get used to the shortness (and it appears to be non adjustable), it's fine. My son put his eyes up to heaven when I said "try it". He did & after grappling briefly with the short arm loops, he announced that it was really good and gave a very pleasing neck massage. It has heat (that should be very nice in winter) and three different speed levels. It seems to go both ways in the massage but it has a reverse direction button too. It appears to be able to be used either way round (zips up or zips down) - puzzled me to start but I have tried both and it works great whatever. I have not yet tried it out in the car but it comes with cigarette style charger, so I look forward to trying that next long journey I'm taking. Happy out. I am liking this multi massager to iron out the knots in my shoulder muscles. It does not work on battery, it must be plugged in.

This neck massager helped me so much with my stiff neck. Perfect heating and lovely massage feature at this price point makes a great package. Easy to use also.

This massage gun, in particular, is pretty standard compared to the rest in the market. And, of course, doesn't compare to the very high-end alternatives. However, for its price range of £25, it does a good job at immediately reducing and relieving muscle pain from post-workout and just muscle pain in general. I have very bad knots in my muscles, in my back and shoulders, and after using it myself, I've noticed that I feel a lot lighter and a whole lot more comfortable. The setting I used to relieve my own problems was at a setting of 20 with the round ballpoint end. However, I had noticed that at that setting, I would only have around 30 minutes of use time at the most, even after a full charge. This is the one downside I have against the product, as the battery power is very weak. However, I would suggest that the manufacturer abandon its battery capability and leave it as a mains-powered device, as that would make it a lot lighter and easier to handle solo. However, if this is a device you want to carry with you on trips or gym visits, I suggest considering getting it. But, don't use it for such intense massage cases, as it will die out quickly, and putting enough pressure on it will cause it to stop moving. Overall, I'm quite happy that it does come with multiple tips that you could exchange, and a pretty solid soft case box, which is quite easy to carry with you and protects the device. All in all, it's a good starter massage gun, but it is limited with its power and battery capacity. Another gripe I have with it is the touch sensitive controls, as they are annoying when you have to continuously tap the screen button to get it to the right power level. It would be nicer if it was just a manual button that you could hold down, rather than a touchscreen that can accidentally register taps from your fingers.

2nd time I have brought this I suffer with terrible back and neck pain had surgery and has helped alot, my 1st one lasted about 4 years until my husband decided to try n do his leg after a gym session and pressed to hard on it or it would still be going. So bought the same one again & husband is banned from this one. It comfortable easy to use wish the lead was a bit longer, but hits the bits you cant reach on your own. Different ranges for pressure and u can apply your own I really like it.

It's not subtle, but it works fine and it has a choice of three firmness levels which will probably suit most people. It gave my stiff neck a good workout, and I'll use it on an ongoing basis now that I'm a bit more flexible. Agree that the heat function doesn't really add up to much, but hey, how much heat are you expecting to get out of a 24 watt power supply anyway, when it's also doing the massage thing? The girl in the illustration must be very small, because the overall size of the actual gizmo is a few inches smaller than it would seem to suggest. For £22 I'm not complaining. It's fine.

checked it out and seems very good on neck and shoulders, also good on back but not as strong, i will update at a later date, i left only 4 stars because delivery was supposed to be last thursday but was delivered the following wednesday, i do not know why[amazon or an post at fault]

Very good massage gun with strong muscle relief and smooth performance. Simple to use, different speed options, and useful attachments. Battery life is good, feels sturdy.
